Unofficial local results are not reported to the State Board of Elections or posted to the Agency's website. Unofficial election day results may be obtained by accessing the local jurisdiction's website as provided. Some jurisdictions do not have web sites; phone numbers are provided for all jurisdictions.

Primary and General Election results for federal, statewide, legislative and judicial offices are available on a county-by-county basis beginning with the 1998 elections. Searches may be conducted by office name or candidate last name. Downloadable vote totals are available as well as the number of ballots cast and voter registration totals.

Local elections are canvassed by the local election authority (exception: the board of election commissioners shall canvass votes at the consolidated elections for offices entirely within the jurisdiction of the board). Several election authorities post election results on their websites.
