Soldier named 4th MEB top chef |

Spc. Kenson Seraphin, a food service specialist, 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, prepares a cucumber garnish during the unit’s “Dauntless” Chef of the Quarter competition held Friday in the Dauntless Dining Facility. Seraphin was chosen as the winner from among entrants that included Spc. Elizabeth Walters and Pfc. Christian Martinez. In addition to food preparation, each Soldier faced a panel to answer basic Soldiering skills as well as food handling.
