Mississippi Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Reporting System
This secure website has been provided to report suspicion of child abuse/neglect when the suspected abuse/neglect took place in Mississippi. Section 43-21-105 and Section 43-21-255 of the Mississippi Code requires all persons make a report when abuse, neglect or exploitation of children is suspected.

You will have the opportunity to request a follow up acknowledgement when your report has been entered into our system.  If you have additional questions check out the FAQ page.

This reporting system has been provided for your convenience in reporting suspicion of abuse/neglect that does not require an emergency response. A situation where a child is at immediate risk of abuse/neglect that could result in death or serious harm is considered an emergency.

If you have any doubt about your referral being an emergency, please call Centralized Intake instead of using this on-line referral system.

Call your local law enforcement agency or 911 if the situation is a life-threatening emergency.

Call Centralized Intake at 1-800-222-8000 (Nationwide) or (601) 432-4570 if
* the situation you are reporting is an emergency;
* you prefer to remain anonymous;
* you have insufficient data to complete the required fields using this system; or
* the suspected abuse/neglect you are reporting occurred outside the state of Mississippi, and you do not know how to contact the state where it occurred.
