This government computer system uses software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. Personally-identifying information (Information, including, but not limited to, name, e-mail or postal address, or telephone number, that can be used to identify an individual) voluntarily provided and collected directly from an individual, including such sources as opinions and feedback forms, will be retained to the extent that the information is relevant and necessary to accomplish the web site's stated purpose or as required by Federal statute or Executive Order.
