The Regulatory Commission of Alaska adopted regulations
creating a presumption of
confidentiality in 3 AAC 48.040(b) for financial filings made in support of certificate applications
to provide competitive local exchange service. See Order R-16-001(2), dated September 29,
2016
Unpublished Regulations
The Regulatory Commission of Alaska adopted regulations revising Chapters 47-49
and 51-53 in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code to revise electronic filing
requirements.
The Lt. Governor signed the regulations effective November 6, 2016. The revised
regulations will be published January 2017 in Register 220 of the Alaska
Adminstrative Code.
