The Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) was performed  by San Diego State University’s Interwork Institute.  Its results, findings and consequent recommendations were provided in both report form and via oral presentation at the DDS building after being advertised on the DDS homepage.  The CSNA has been prepared for the purpose of plan development and service enhancement of The District of Columbia Department on Disability Services, Rehabilitation Services Administration, State Rehabilitation Council, and Statewide Independent Living Council.
