Established in 2007, Navy Region Center Singapore (NRCS)/ Singapore Area Coordinator (SAC) provides comprehensive shore support services to the Fleet, Fighter and Family. Supporting a broad customer base of U.S. military members from four services, U.S. civilian employees, family members and Singaporean Nationals, plus visiting ships and aircraft, NRCS efficiently delivers top-quality services while maintaining a quality of life standard that's second to none.

Mike Burbelo, assistant marine transportation specialist, Military Sealift Command Far East (MSCFE), prepares and cooks a tray of white rice during a volunteer event at Singapore's Willing Hearts charity organization and soup kitchen May 21, 2016. The event gathered more than 200 U.S. Sailors, DoD civilians and families who participated in the interactive presentation that offered a different approach on dating, intimacy, hoking up, gaining consent, and supporting survivors of sexual assault.
