Updates

Name Change Effective May 19, 2016, The Division of Child Support Enforcement will be known as the Division of Child Support Services.

DCSS Sussex County Office is OPEN at our NEW LOCATION: Georgetown Professional Park, 20105 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.

ESTABLISH PATERNITY TODAY: If you were NOT married when your child was born, establish paternity (document the biological father of your child) for FREE through the Voluntary Acknowledgement Program (VAP).

DECSS Certification Information: The new Delaware Child Support System (DECSS) has received federal certification from the U.S. Office of Child Support Enforcement within the Administration for Children and Families. The Delaware Division of Child Support Services' new automated child support system allows for increased case processing functionality, locate tools, automated interfaces, and sharing of information with other state and federal resources, as well as efficient and timely processing of child support payments.
