Provide Online Ltd charge a biennial fee for domain registration. This varies depending on the type of domain, but the common ones are .co.uk (£20 +vat) .com (£30 +vat). This includes transferring the domain to us, as well hosting any DNS services you may require.
If you decide to move the domains to another registrar in the future, there will be no extra charges.
The biennial invoices will be sent out by email (unless you request a printed version), and payment terms are 30 days to be paid by electronic transfer or by cheque.
Renewal and Expiry Policy
All domains are renewed on a biennial basis (unless you requested an annual renewal), we will send out reminder emails 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before expiry. We will send the emails to the email address on the account, it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Provide Online Ltd Ltd take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us at email@example.com. Alternatively you can ask us to set your domain to auto renew. All domains will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring and will be billed 30 days in advance.
If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date it will have all services we provide suspended and you will have up to 30 days (protected period) after to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee. Please log into the client portal area to view renewal fees. After 30 days your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name but with an additional redemption fee of £50 + VAT for UK domains ($185.00 USD for non-UK domains). This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and made available for resale through a third party registrar. Provide Online Ltd Ltd will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name.
If you change your mind.
If we register a domain for you and then you decide that you no longer want it or that a different spelling would be better, we will try our best to get you a full refund, but our success will depend on the domain registration body. To give you an example, for UK domains, Nominet require this to be within seven working days of the original order.

Our Ts & Cs for Website Projects
When we begin your website project we will request a non-refundable 50% deposit of the project up front. The second payment will be requested on the completion of the project, and this wil be considered the project sign off.
