Biography

Maureen Gardner won a silver medal in the 1950 European Championships 80 metres hurdles (competed as Maureen Dyson). At the 1946 European Championships she finished fourth in the 4×100 metres relay (with [Sylvia Cheeseman], [Winnie Jordan], and the non-Olympian Joyce Judd) and fifth in the 100 metres.

Personal Bests: 100 – 12.1 (1947); 80H – 11.2 (1948).
