Please note that beginning May 1, 2013, there will be a $25 fee to file a Transfer of Claim with the Court.
On that day, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont will remove the Transfer of Claim event from the list of transactions that parties with a Limited Participant filing account may file electronically. Attorneys will still be able to file Transfers of Claim electronically. All other parties will be required to file via paper accompanied by a check or money order payable to the Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court District of Vermont.
