ANNUAL RV MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

Annual RV maintenance packages are essential to any RV owner. They offer protection for your investment and insure manufacturer and extended warranty requirements are met. Maintenance packages are offered at several levels to provide choices for service and to meet all budget levels. State inspections can be added to any package for towable RVs.

Basic Package

• LP System Drop-Down Pressure Test: $62.50
• Thorough roof inspection & filling of sealant voids with approved products (self-leveling lap sealant): $156.25
• Clean and treat rubber roof with approved cleaner and protectant: $287.50
• Inspect slide-out mechanisms, lubricate tracks and gears with lithium grease and condition wiper and bumper seals with approved products: $75.00 per slide out
• 12 VDC house battery inspection, servicing and load test: $62.50
• Check tire pressures and add air if necessary: $50.00 for towables & Class C vehicles & $100 for class A vehicles
• Total Cost: $743.75

Intermediate Package

• Includes everything in Basic Package plus:
• Full 12 VDC Systems check which includes power converter and charging system inspection and test of all DC circuits: $187.50
• Operational system check on all appliances in all models. Includes refrigerator, stove, water heater, furnace, air conditioner, TV amplifier, electric fans and microwave.Also includes blowing out intake and exhaust tubes for water heater and furnace and blowing out debris from exterior refrigerator compartment access:$187.50
• Fresh water system pressure test. Pressurize all plumbing and leak check. Includes de-winterizing, if necessary. Includes water pump inspection and test. Inspect filter systems and drains: $125
• Total Cost: $1243.75

Top Level Package

• Includes everything in Basic & Intermediate Package plus:
• Wheel bearing repack and electric brake inspection and cleaning (towables only). Includes new grease seals and brake adjustments if necessary. Also includes test of breakaway switch:$350
• Inspect all window glass and exterior seals of all windows and add sealant to voided areas if necessary: $125
• Perform generator service (if equipped) which includes oil, oil filter, air cleaner, and fuel filter replacements based on generator model. Run and test generator under a load: $250
