Made-to-order furniture is custom made especially for you when you place your order. These items​ ship after they are built, painted and finished to meet your exact specifications.

Production times differ for every furniture brand we carry. Please note that production time does not include freight transit time, which may take an additional ​2 to ​4 weeks depending on ​your delivery address.

Policy on Furniture and Made-to-Order Items

Rosenberry Rooms offers a broad range of furniture and decorative accessories that are custom made-to-order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns either on furniture or items that are made-to-order. If you would like to cancel an order for furniture or a made-to-order item, you may do so within 2 days of placing the order.

Shipping Information

Rosenberry Rooms uses FedEx and USPS to ship most items. Oversized items, such as large children's furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by an In-Home Delivery Service. When placing an order for children's furniture, you will be given the option of choosing FREE Curbside Delivery, Delivery into Home Entrance Upgrade, or Delivery into Room of Choice & Assembly Upgrade.

FREE Curbside Delivery (We Unload)

All of our children's furniture comes with free curbside delivery. A professional delivery team will unload your children's furniture or decor from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible to receive your children's furniture and transfer any items to their final location. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Delivery into Home Entrance Upgrade

Inside Home Entrance Drop-Off service takes your children's furniture even further. A professional delivery team will bring your children's furniture or decor inside your home and place it inside the entrance of your home.

Delivery into Room of Choice & Assembly Upgrade

This Premier Delivery option takes your children's furniture from delivery to assembly. A professional delivery team will bring your children's furniture inside and place it in the room of your choice. Packaging will be removed and recycled, followed by basic assembly of your children's furniture for your convenience.
