Have you lost your username or password? We can either email you a new password, or we can email you the password hint that you entered when you registered for the site. Simply enter your e-mail address below and click on the appropriate button. Your username and new password or hint will be emailed to you immediately.

Junk Mail/Spam Filters

Upon approval of your account the system will send a confirmation notice with a password to the email address that you have provided. This notice will have a return-to address of timothy.hart@dot.ca.gov. If you have a junk mail filter, classifier, or other anti-spam technology enabled then the email may never reach your Inbox.

You will therefore never receive your password and will not be able to login. Hence we recommend that you take the appropriate steps to ensure the successful delivery of the notification message.
