There are items other than beer and tobacco included in my Retail Accountability (RAP) purchase data. Are non-beer and non-tobacco purchases used in the RAP calculation? If not, why are they showing up in my data?

Currently, only beer and tobacco purchases are being used to calculate RAP assessments.  The reason other items may appear in the data is because wholesalers have provided this information to the Department of Revenue.  Starting in 2017, non-beer and non-tobacco purchases may be used in RAP calculations and assessments.
