The UK and Ireland Section of IEEE has over 10,000 members and is part of Region 8 which covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa. IEEE members living in the United Kingdom or Ireland are automatically members. The Section arranges keynote lectures and many other events throughout the UK and Ireland including those organised by the Chapters of IEEE Technical Societies.
Chapter activities include guest speakers, workshops, and seminars and provide members with valuable opportunities to network at a local level, enabling their personal and professional growth.
IEEE membership enhances every stage of your career. Whether you are an established professional or just starting out, IEEE membership identifies you as superior talent. Advancing your member grade can bring added peer recognition to your accomplishments.
