OPA Student Membership Application

OPA Student membership dues are only $15/annually when you belong to a nationally based student pharmacy organization on your Ohio campus.
Please Note: Students who are members of the ASP chapters at Cedarville, NEOMED, Ohio Northern and Ohio State, have OPA memberships included in their ASP membership fee.
