Mission: The PARC executes, oversees and manages all delegable contracting and grant/assistance authority for the Chief, National Guard Bureau; including the oversight and administration of all National Guard contracts and grants, cooperative, interagency and interservice agreements for the offices/directors of the Army National Guard and Air National Guard, the 50 states, three U.S. territories, the District of Columbia and National Capital Region.
