  • My Medication + Supplements - for any user with a My HealtheVet account
  • Refill My Prescriptions - for users registered as a VA patient
  • Refill Prescription History - for users registered as a VA patient
  • My VA Medication List - for users with an upgraded My HealtheVet account

This web app provides an easy way to find answers to the kinds of questions VA pharmacists regularly hear from patients. Now you can use Ask a Pharmacist to find information that you know is reliable, relevant and VA-approved.

Look Up Your Medications

Use the VA Formulary database to learn which medications are available from VA Medical Center pharmacies.

Get Rid of Old Rxs
