This system is intended for people who are a party to a child support case or who
have the authorization to access private case information. If you are uncomfortable
providing your personal information online, feel free to contact your
local child support office
and a case manager will help you obtain payment information.
For payment records for third-party inquiries, (including income verification requests related to housing), please submit a signed Authorization to Disclose Support Records by email to CSPCommunications@doj.state.or.us. If you do not have email, please fax it to 503-947-2578.
In all cases this system will provide the party's names, the assigned child support office,
and current balances and other accounting information. To determine the status of an order,
whether or not there is a legal action in progress to establish or modify an order, please
log on to the case status page.
Note: If you obtain information fraudulently or without specific
authorization, you may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
Parents and caretaker relatives may use this system to learn basic information about their case. For more information than is provided on this site, please contact your case worker.
Use the information in this system as needed to establish, modify, or enforce a child support order, to determine whether an order or proceeding already exists, and to determine
whether support rights are assigned to the state of Oregon.
Contact the
Title and Escrow Assistance Desk by email or phone at (503) 986-2518 to discuss any real estate
transaction. For purposes of establishing accounting services through a licensed escrow agent, title companies and escrow agents may access this system to determine whether or
not the customer already has an open account with the Oregon Child Support Program.
If you have any information regarding an insurance or other settlement that may be payable to someone who owes child support, please contact the Special Collections Central Unit.
