The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has developed this page to describe its compliance with the Office of Management and Budget Policies for Federal Public Web Sites. To learn more about PBGC, visit About PBGC.

FOIA

Outage notifications regarding MyPAA will be located in the "What's New" section of the Practitioners page, as well as the MyPAA login page. Outage notifications regarding PBGC.gov or any of the applications located on PBGC.gov will be located in the "News and Highlights" section or elsewhere as appropriate. PBGC will provide as much information as possible about the outage, including expected duration and estimated return to service.

The PBGC Web site includes a search box on every page. The search function permits the searching of all PBGC content, displays search results in order of relevancy to search criteria, and provides quick response times. Advanced search options are offered, along with the option to search databases of opinion letters or of Appeals Board decisions. In addition, PBGC provides a separate search for missing participants.
