Cox's commitment to diversity extends beyond our workplace into our communities. Social responsibility – with an emphasis on supporting youth, education and environmental sustainability – are critical elements of our values.

GOAL: Engage with, contribute to, and strengthen the diverse communities we serve through strategic philanthropy and corporate social responsibility programs.

Through regional and national charitable giving and volunteerism, Cox supports organizations whose missions and goals support disadvantaged youth seeking equality, civil rights, and educational and economic opportunities for diverse populations, including race, gender and sexual orientation.
