Reporting annual meter readings for the Voluntary Metering Program

MDEQ mails out reporting forms in October each year to all voluntary metering program participants that have indicated that their meters are installed. The mail out includes a physical reporting form that can be completed and mailed or faxed back to MDEQ. Also included is a User Name and Password for those that prefer to submit readings online using the Groundwater Usage Survey Tool (GUST).

Instructions for completing the Reporting Form: Annual Reporting Instructions MRVA
An example of a completed form: Sample Metering Form

For those preferring to report online, login to GUST with the User Name and Password that you received in the mail: https://landandwater.deq.ms.gov/WaterUse/GUST

If you did not receive your forms in the mail or need assistance, please contact Casey Young, 601-961-5209 or email at cyoung@mdeq.ms.gov
