Biomass Crop Assistance Program for FSA  

The Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) provides financial assistance to owners and operators of agricultural and non-industrial private forest land who wish to establish, produce, and deliver biomass feedstocks. BCAP provides two categories of assistance:   


Qualified Biomass Conversion Facility   

Biomass Conversion Facility Application Material

Facilities that were qualified in FY 2015 and 2016 need NOT re-apply.  New facilities seeking to be qualified for the first time should submit applications to the applicable FSA State office.
