JOB OPENINGS:

Executive Coordinator

Responsible for high-level administrative support of the agency and executive leadership team.  Oversees facilities, fleet and office management; provides administrative direction. Demonstrates excellent judgement and decision-making abilities in a variety of situations. Balances priorities among competing tasks or projects. Works independently and within teams on activities. Works under pressure at times and handles confidential and sensitive matters with tact and discretion.

Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma plus five years’ work related experience in a professional setting.  Supervisory experience preferred. Must have experience managing complicated schedules and multiple priorities, strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative and follow-through; ability to anticipate needs and determine proper courses of action based on limited information and solid decision making skills. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and proficient in a variety of software applications. Ability to build and promote trust and teamwork.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer serves as an integral member of the executive and senior leadership team responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s financial management strategy and contributing to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. Develops and implements policies and procedures for fiscal management. The successful CFO will be relied on within the organization as an organized, proactive and objective strategic thinker who is committed to the bigger picture of WBC’s success.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:  Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or other related field. CPA required. Position requires a minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role ideally with both external audit and in-house financial management experience gained in a governmental organization. Knowledge of GAAP, governmental accounting and budgeting.

Talents: Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive. Operates as an effective tactical leader as well as a strategic thinker.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:  Position requires exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be a team player who can assist in the development of new initiatives. Superior management, consulting and leadership skills including strong mentoring and coaching experience to manage a team with diverse levels of expertise. Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate and thorough. Proficient in Excel and Word.
