When do I get my SmartHealth wellness incentive?
If you earned your $125 wellness incentive during 2016:
- UMP Classic and UMP Plus: Effective January 1, 2017
- UMP CDHP: Deposited into your HSA on January 31, 2017
Here are two ways to know for sure you got it. After January 1, 2017:
- Log in to your regence.com account. On your member dashboard, the subscriber deductible line should be all blue.
- Ask UMP customer service at 1-888-849-3681 (TTY: 711).

SmartHealth’s website makes it easy to earn points by tracking your healthy activities.

Discounted gym memberships and more
UMP members can get special prices on health clubs, travel, merchandise, and more by purchasing an annual CHP Active and Healthy Program membership. Get more information by signing in to your regence.com account.
From your Member dashboard page, click “Advantage discounts” at the bottom of the page. Then, click “Activities and fitness” from the options on the left. Next, click on “online store” under “Discount codes” on the right side. Scroll down and select the “CHP Active and Healthy Program for Regence Advantages.”

Need a Regence account?
Have your member ID card handy and follow these steps:
1. Go to regence.com.
2. Click “Register now” and complete the form.
3. Then, log in and select the “Wellness tools” link toward the bottom of the page.
Please note: The Regence Rewards health assessment does not count toward earning the SmartHealth incentive.
