Kester Brown is the Principal Consultant and a working Director at TRAC Compliance and Risk Solutions and provides hands on support within the TRAC business suite to meet any organisational need. Kester has over 22 years hands on experience with Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management including 17 years in senior management roles within the mining sector. Kester also provides curriculum development support directly to SAI Global through developing course materials through industry best practices and is an external trainer, facilitator and assessor for post course arrangements. Dedicated to managing risk and systematic approaches, Kester provides an interactive learning experience which involves the whole of business approach to implement sustainable solutions providing sound operational growth.
