Welcome to the Statewide Public Facilities
Statewide Public Facilities provides project management services for most State agencies for both new facilities and renovation of existing facilities. Additionally, Statewide Public Facilities manages the State of Alaska Energy Saving Performance Contracting which has retrofitted over fifty facilities resulting in annual energy savings of over $2.4M. Other services include management and consulting for entities such as local governments and tribal groups. Statewide Public Facilities contributes to the mission of ADOT&PF by providing responsive services and constructing safe, energy efficient, and cost-effective projects.

Core services provided by our section include facility planning, cost estimating, scheduling, designing, construction administration, art selection, and project close out. Our staff includes licensed civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, architects, and other professional and paraprofessional staff. We work closely and creatively with our client agencies to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within the established budget, and meet the functional requirements of the client.
