While writing a song, every writer seems to get involved in the situation. Sometimes, they even find an emotional connect to what they scribble. That is exactly what happened when lyricist Harinarayanan wrote 'Minungum Minnaminunge' song for Mohanlal-Priyadarshan movie, 'Oppam'.
"My mom was in hospital while I was penning down the song. So, I was a bit worried and emotional. I remembered how she took care of me when I was a child and the lyrics I wrote for the 'Minnungum Minnaminunge' reflect my thoughts. The song will be always close to my heart," he says.
The song composed by Jim, Biby, Eldhose, and Justin is sung by MG Sreekumar and Sreya Jayadeep. It features the visually impaired Mohanlal and child artiste Meenakshi.
