Gurwin's Short-Term Rehabilitation programs are focused on helping our patients get back home as quickly as possible. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are provided in state-of-the-art rehabilitation gyms, supported by the care and caring of our nursing and medical professionals.
Gurwin's Adult Day Health Program provides nursing, rehabilitation, and other health services in a social and exciting atmosphere to adults of all ages. Door-through-door transportation is provided, as well as caregiver respite and support.
Working with Island Rehabilitation, Gurwin provides on-site dialysis for participants in any of our programs. This 12-station dialysis center is also available for residents of the community.
The Gurwin Jewish ~ Fay J. Lindner Residences is Long Island’s premier assisted living community. We offer an unmatched level of care, superior amenities and exciting activities to keep our residents safe, comfortable and engaged. Memory Care is provided in our secure Enriched Pathways community.
