Q: What is my case worth?

A:: Every case is different. The facts, the clients’ injuries, and the way the clients progress throughout the case are all factors that can affect the outcome. Once a client has been released from the doctor and I have all the medical records, I investigate each facet of the case and look at it from every angle. I gather all the information about the progression of treatment, future prognosis, and investigate the actions of the defendant before I begin to estimate what a case is worth. There is simply too much information in each claim to hazard a guess at the beginning, but I promise to work thoroughly and diligently until I know exactly what we have ahead of us.
