Thanks for being a part of UEFA EURO 2016 – the biggest EURO ever. Now the tournament is over, UEFA will start refunding all conditional tickets that could not be used due to teams being knocked out.
There were 1 million tickets available in this window, which closed on 10 July. Now that all random draws have taken place, all applicants have been notified about the status of their application which is also visible in individual ticket portal accounts.
Now that all ticket portals are closed with the last one – the general public portal – ending on 1 February 2016 at 12:00CET, the ticket allocation process can start.
All fans will be notified of the outcome of their application before the end of February 2016.
Now that the final draw has taken place and the match schedule is known, fans that purchased tickets in the general public portals might want to sell their tickets. UEFA will provide other fans a secure way to purchase these tickets. The portal is open from 12:00CET on 9 March to 18:00CET on 31 March. Any further UEFA EURO 2016 tickets that become available will appear both below and on the ticket portal. Head over to the ticket portal now to secure your tickets! Please note that payment is immediate and that only MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.
All tickets that were purchased before May are being shipped to fans all around the world and should be delivered before the end of the month. The delivery method for tickets bought after the beginning of May is stated on the ticket portal during purchase.

Now that UEFA EURO 2016 is over, UEFA will soon start processing refunds for vouchers that could not be used due to teams being knocked out. All refunds will be made to the credit cards that were used for buying conditional tickets.
In case a credit card refund fails, we will process the refund by bank transfer.
