Domino’s will anchor a 4,757-square-foot retail strip center that’s under construction on North Gloster Street in Tupelo.
The pizza restaurant will take up just under 1,700 square feet.
The center is located between Sonic and Shine Time car wash.
There’s also an available 1,543-square-foot space on the end with a drive through, and a middle space of 1,518 square feet.
HMS Brokerage of Gulfport is leasing the center.
And the company has a Domino’s connection. Tom Holliday is the president of HMS, and he has more than 30 years of business and real estate experience, according to the company’s website.
He’s a former vice president of Store Services with RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s pizza franchise in the United States and, according to the company, “managed and negotiated hundreds of Domino’s leases, in addition to single and multi-unit retail development and property management work.”
No word yet on when Domino’s will open, but when we find out, we’ll pass along the info.
