#87 ... the 'CHEMO SUCKS' Chronicles: ... i thought i'd be thru with chemo on march 17th...  but i missed two infusions in the series and now i have to make them up  ... it's like the prescription you're given isn't for a year of chemo [... lol ... how did i miss this ?] ... it's for X number of infusions no matter how long that takes ...
anyway.... i'm almost thru and it's exciting. ... it going to be be more like march 31st tho ... after a year of chemo a few more sessions doesn't  seem like much... YAY !!!! ... i did it ... and i'm still alive ... my mammogram was clear ... i finished the radiation thing ... and now it getting easier and easier to concentrate.... i have a short mohawk that's curly on top ... [well technically it's a faux hawk since the sides aren't shaved... but they're super short ]

#77 ... the 'CHEMO SUCKS' Chronicles: ... it's the chemo brain that lingers ... it's hard to think... and OMG ... i take this pill that  suppresses my estrogen and i have the most startling hot flashes.  they're weird.  first i get a chill for about 15-20 minutes and then in the space of about 1-2 minutes i am suddenly sweating profusely... i have to take this stuff for five years.  oh well... could be worse  ... thankfully i'll never get cancer again.  next year is going to be better and it's almost next year. i apologize to my long time readers that have stuck with me thru this most difficult of times.
