Mr. Ortiz is a licensed attorney in Florida and California. Most Long Term Disability claims involve brief-writing and do not require in-person court appearances. As such, although most of his clients are from Florida and California, Mr. Ortiz is a national attorney and represents claimants across the United States.

Mr. Ortiz is admitted to all Florida courts and represents clients throughout the state, including (but not limited to) residents from the following cities: Cape Coral, Clearwater, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Hollywood, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar, North Miami, Orlando, Pembroke Pines, Pensacola, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Port St. Lucie, St. Petersburg, Sunrise, Tallahassee, Tampa, and West Palm Beach.
