LEGENDS FOOTBALL LEAGUE AND SLEEFS TEAM ON LANDMARK ON-FIELD ARMOUR DEAL

(LAS VEGAS, NV. – Tuesday, February 16, 2016) Legends Football League (LFL) and Florida-based Sleefs partner to outfit LFL athletes with custom on-field armor (uniforms) for the 2016 season.

Sleefs is becoming one of the industries best custom athletic apparel designers and manufacturers, with a range of products across baseball, basketball, running, golf and football.

Officials from the LFL and Sleefs with the guidance of LFL athletes have designed a truly custom uniform that consists of compression wear fabric that will provide for a better feel, allow for greater movement and moisture resistance. The uniform top, has evolved from a bikini top to a true sport bra with increased backing and the removal of straps. Sleeves and knee-high compression socks have been added for greater protection of the athlete’s skin.

Since 2009, the LFL has evolved its uniform from its original form of a lingerie top and bottom to performance wear and now the uniform is aligned with high-end sports performance wear.

Fans will also notice more creative designs that allow for greater expression of personality with bright colors, camo prints and oversized numbers.

Each LFL team will wear a traditional uniform for away games and have the option of wearing camo-designed or their black uniforms for home games.

The LFL and Sleefs will look to develop its partnership to potentially move into fan wear as well as the LFL’s highly-anticipated Women’s Performance wear line that is expected to launch in 2016.
