Adult Sports

With an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation, the YMCA offers recreational and league sports for men and women who want to have fun in the camaraderie of others while getting an excellent workout.

Noon Basketball

Noon Basketball brings together people from all walks of life. Former high school basketball stars will play alongside retirees or business professionals on their lunch break. Kids who grew up in the YMCA basketball program will square off against their former coaches in this informal league that runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  There’s no need to sign up or register. Just show up and get ready to play some ball!

Pickleball

Is it tennis?  Is it ping-pong?  No, it's Pickleball!  Appropriate for all ages, Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States.

Equipment is provided.  No experience necessary.

Racquetball

Home to the Lewis Racquetball Tournament, the longest running tournament in the United States, our racquetball program is among the best in the country.  We have a large, active racquetball member base that play both structured tournament style play and free play.  To learn more about the tournament, please click here.
