Payment Instructions

Your fees are not calculated until you have registered for your orientation session.  You may pay your orientation fees at the same time you are registering for your session.  If you do not pay at that point, you will need to pay within 30 days of your reservation, or at least 2 weeks before your program (whichever comes first) to reserve your space in the session which you have selected.   Your fees and payment due date will appear on your BroncoDirect Account Summary.  Here are your payment options:  

Credit Card or Electronic Check Payments

  1.  Log in to Bronco Direct with your Bronco name and password. Go to the Student Center to the Finances section.

  2. Click on Account Inquiry to see your Account Summary, Charges Due, Payments and Pending Aid.

  3. Click on Charges Due to view the details of your fees and payment due dates. 

  4. Click on Make a Payment and a new window will open. If you do not see the new window, make sure you have your pop up blocker off and click again on Make a Payment.

  5. The new window looks a bit different and takes you to CashNet, our online payment system.

  6. Click on Click here to make a payment.

  7. Click on "Miscellaneous" or "New Student Orientation Programs Fee" (whichever is visible for you). You will see the amount owed. Select Fall 2017 as the Term.

  8. Click on Add Item to Items in Cart.

  9. Click on Continue Shopping if you have other fees to pay at the same time.  Or, click Check Out.

  10. Choose either the credit card or electronic check option.

  11. Enter requested information and click Continue Checkout.

  12. Review your summary and click Submit Payment.

Payment by Mail

To mail a payment by check or money order, please open the Orientation Payment Form here for instructions and the mailing address.  The form should be completed in full and mailed as soon as possible but at least two weeks in advance of your fee payment due date.
