Programmes, Services and Projects

Enabling Services We offer enabling services to people with learning disabilities who have been assessed as needing support from social services.

Let’s Work A charitable project that provides meaningful work-related experiences to young people with special needs in the transition to adult life.

National Offender Management Service (NOMS) We are a sub-contract holder on the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) CFO3 Project; a government programme to re-integrate offenders and ex-offenders back into the community.

Personal Mentor Network We are a partner in the delivery of the Personal Mentor Network, a unique pilot service managed by Petroc, on behalf of the Plymouth City Deal.

Positive Aspects We deliver the specialist Positive Aspects service to support people with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) in Devon and Torbay.

Positive Opportunities A charitable project supporting people with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) to move towards and sustain employment.

Specialist Employability Support We deliver the Specialist Employability Support (SES), the Department of Work and Pensions’major programme to help disabled people to find and stay in work. The service supports disabled people who need support to enter work or undertake work-related courses and activities.

Transitions A charitable project supporting anyone in the local community who has served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, regardless of length, and who are going through difficulties in their civilian life.

Work Choice Supporting people with a disability to achieve sustained employment. We deliver this programme on behalf of Remploy, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.

Workplace Support We deliver a specialist workplace support service to help employers and employees. Employees with a disability, health, and/or mental health conditions can sometimes face challenges within the work place.

Work Programme We deliver the Work Programme, the Government’s programme to support people who are long-term unemployed, or at risk of becoming so. The service provides personal support for the long-term unemployed.

West Hill West Hill nursery is situated approximately 10 miles east of Exeter, covering around 10 acres and provides land-based skills. St Loye’s Foundation uses the site as the base for its horticulture and land-based skills activities.
