How to get the set:
The items for The Angler set can be tough to collect, as some of them require substantial luck or perseverance to obtain. Two of the pieces are obtained via fishing, one via reputation and two from a vendor.

Head – Weather-Beaten Fishing Hat (A 1% chance drop in daily fishing bags)
Shirt – Apprentice’s Shirt (A vendor purchase from Thomas Yance in Old Hillsbrad Foothills)
Legs – Apprentice’s Pants (A vendor purchase from Thomas Yance in Old Hillsbrad Foothills)
Feet – Nat Pagle’s Extreme Anglin’ Boots (A reward from the weekly Stranglethorn Vale Fishing Competition)
Fishing Pole – Mastercraft Kalu’ak Fishing Pole (A reputation reward from the Kalu’ak faction)

The set is also seen accompanied by a belt in the above picture. Any belt will do really, but for illustrative purposes we have displayed Apprentice’s Sash here.
