I ported the GDK libraries to BeOS with Shawn T. Amundson. I am interested in human computer interaction, user interface design and project management (tasks, scheduling). I can usually be found in #gimp on irc.gimp.org. I am exceedingly lazy.

I wrote up a little document explaining how to get your brand new Wacom USB tablet up and running as a mouse pointer using Vojtech Pavlik's Linux kernel input drivers. This information should apply to any USB mouse device.
You can find it here. Thanks to tigert for kicking off the discussion between Vojtech and myself.
I'm starting work on an XInput driver to talk to these devices.
It's really great to see the traffic on advogato picking up. The quality of the articles and comments is excellent.
Ok, I sent an email to Raph today regarding Wacom Intuos USB xinput stuff. I'm declaring war on Yosh since he's been sitting on this issue for months. I've got the hardware, and I'd like it to work. Then again, I'm probably all talk.
Our clients are demoing the software we've (Snorfle and I) been writing for them down at an education conference in Florida. The feedback has been positive. We've still got a long way to go before it's ready for rollout though.
Today I am working on some architecture documentation for a customer project. It's a big web application. Doing user interface mockups in HTML forms is really not as painful as I thought it was going to be.
Owen Taylor committed his gdk reorganization/seperation to CVS, so our BeOS port will be going into the main tree someday soon.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
