In terms of the Northern Cape Tourism Conference, Anix Consulting took the role of being the Professional Conference Organisers (PCO’s), thus planning the event management aspect of the conference. These are some of the outcomes that were completed:
• Invitations management
• RSVPs
• Gifts
• Venue preparation
• Audio and video feeds
• Programme development
• Liaising with speakers and commissions
• Preparing final conference report
The project was the first Northern Cape Tourism Conference to be hosted by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism and was successfully hosted in Kimberley April 2006.
