Study finds links between job stress, junk food and sleep

The work of a team of researchers, including Mo Wang, UF Warrington College of Business management professor, published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, found that employees who have a stressful workday tend to bring their negative feelings home to the dinner table and eat more junk food than healthy food. A good night’s sleep helps minimize this trend, researchers found.
