The Community Relations Department of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is committed to supporting many worthy events and activities throughout the state of Wisconsin. We are pleased to give back to dedicated fans that have supported the Brewers throughout the years.
Many charities, educational groups, youth groups, and non-profit organizations raise hundreds of thousands of dollars through the support of players and auction items provided by the Milwaukee Brewers. By supporting charitable causes, the Brewers, including players, coaches and front office staff will continue exercising our pledge to be an active member in the community and help improve the welfare of people throughout our region.
Each year, the Brewers Community Relations Department provide thousands of promotional items and autographed merchandise to assist non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations with their fundraising efforts. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies - including employee/volunteer appreciation days/holiday events. Submit your request online by filling out our online Donation Request form:
The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club will not accept unsolicited items for autograph or distribution purposes and cannot guarantee the safe return of any such items forwarded to the Club.

Brewer players and front office representatives make several visits to local schools, organizations and youth groups throughout the year. When requesting a player, coach or front office representative to speak at your organization/event, the following rules apply:
If your event is scheduled during Spring Training (Feb. 1 - Apr. 1):
If your event is scheduled on the day of a Brewers night game (May 1 - Aug. 1):
If your event is scheduled on the day of a Brewers day game (May 1 - Aug. 31):
If your event is scheduled on an off-day (Apr. 1 - Aug. 31):
If your event is scheduled when the team is in the playoffs (Oct. 1 - Nov. 1):
If your event is scheduled during the off-season (Oct. 1 - Feb. 1):
Because no players live in Wisconsin during the off-season, we are unable to book current players for events during this timeframe.

The Milwaukee Brewers Alumni Association consists of over 600 players who were members of the Milwaukee Brewers or the club's forefathers, the Seattle Pilots, during their Major League career. Created in 2003, the Association aims to provide an opportunity for the club's alumni to maintain relationships with former teammates, the organization and Brewer fans.
"Brewers on Deck" is the team's annual fan fest and season preview. Families can enjoy a day full of interactive games, clinics, autographs from players and a Brewers Community Foundation Treasure Hunt - featuring game-worn jerseys, game-used equipment and other Brewers paraphernalia. All proceeds from the sale go towards the Brewers Community Foundation youth recreation and education programs.
The Brewers "Community Achievers Program" recognizes volunteers, philanthropist, and other heroes from our community that have helped their neighborhoods in extraordinary ways. The winners of the award receive four game tickets, on-field acknowledgement and the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch prior to the game. They also receive a Community Achievers certificate and a gift bag filled with Brewers memorabilia.
Our player's wives play an important role in community outreach efforts with their commitment to several important causes. The Brewers players and their wives make appearances at schools, youth groups and hospitals. Many of the players and their wives purchase game tickets and food vouchers for kids, or provide direct financial support for youth groups.
In partnership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, the Brewers pay an annual tribute to Hispanics in baseball by taking the field in their "Cerveceros" jerseys - "Cerveceros" is the Spanish translation for "Brewers." The Chamber's annual "Fiesta Tailgate", along with bilingual PA announcements, scoreboard features and mariachi bands, give the whole ballpark a Latin flair.
Brewers staff host a group of fathers and their children in a suite at Miller Park to watch a Brewers game. This unique program is a tie-in with the Mayor's Fatherhood Initiative to bring together the past, present and future by raising awareness about the importance of involved, responsible and committed fathers.
The Milwaukee Brewers provide HOPSports Training Systems for designated schools and youth community organizations throughout Wisconsin. The training systems focus on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition and weight management and are being utilized to train, evaluate, educate and entertain youth of all ages.
As part of our Negro Leagues Tribute game, Brewers players wear uniforms inspired by the Milwaukee Bears-the city's 1923 Negro National League. The game-worn jerseys are signed by the players and auctioned off online. Proceeds from the auction go to Brewers Community Foundation and are earmarked for the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City and Yesterday's Negro League Foundation.
Each month, an athlete who is enrolled in the RBI Program (Reviving Baseball in the Inner Cities) will be recognized for his dedication to academics, community involvement, leadership, reliability and monthly performance. RBI coaches can nominate their RBI Athlete of the month online.

Hundreds of youngsters gather at local parks to learn the finer points of baseball. Players and coaches donate their time to help kids develop proper techniques of hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. The instruction, along with emphasis on sportsmanship and goal setting, makes these clinics invaluable to so many area children.
For more than 20 years, the Milwaukee Brewers and Concessionaire Milwaukee Sportservice have welcomed local Non-Profit Groups, and allowed them to fundraise by selling concessions at Miller Park.
This opportunity is available to all Non-Profit Groups with a 501(c)3 tax exemption. Groups large or small, interested in raising funds in a quick, easy, fun way can volunteer at Brewer games! Working as a team, your group may serve Milwaukee's best brats dipped in warm secret stadium sauce and sauerkraut! Don't wait until your organization needs money, join the program today. Almost 100 local Non-Profit Groups worked at Miller Park in 2014, making nearly $1 million dollars!
