I searched and didn't find a Montreal thread... a few videos after a weekend of skating around the Gilles Villeneuve Formula 1 track in Montreal. Enjoy.

Hard to skate and film at the same time for an almost newbie. Did one lap (around 4.5 kilometers) and then left the camera in the car for the rest of the laps. The surface is absolutely perfect, except the 180o turn (last video) that even F1 drivers were complaining that its all messed up. Not much traffic, lots of folks on bicycles going around the track (some very very fast). It is totally flat, no major ups and downs, except one turn that goes downhill, however there is a detour to avoid that down hill.
I am surprized they had the Pits doors open... interesting to see that track and pit lanes, with so much history, up close and personal.
