Fans and teams around the NBA are noticing the Pistons’ surprising 3-0 start.

Center Andre Drummond’s hot start also got some notice.

Drummond was named Eastern Conference player of the week after averaging 18.7 points, 16.3 rebounds and 2 blocks last week.

Drummond, in his fourth season, capped the highlight week with 20 points and 20 rebounds on Friday night against the Chicago Bulls in the Pistons’ 98-94 overtime win. He’s posted a double-double in each of the first three games.

The Pistons face the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night at The Palace before a six-game West Coast road trip, beginning Friday at Phoenix.
