    A person claiming to be working at A.I. Animation Studio made a post announcing a new original series for Cartoon Network Latin America, titled Villainous.

    Said person has since deleted the original post
    However, it was re-blogged several times before it's deletion, so you can read it here

    I tried to look-up A.I. Animation Studio, but I was only able to find a DeviantArt group for animators
    (the post both original and fan content)

    It supposedly debuted at the Pixelatl festival, and upon some investigation I can say that it seems to be a legitimate animation festival in Mexico

    However the only information I could find about Villainous appearing at the festival is this very short and poorly translated article

    Chances are it might have been a joke, which is why the original post was deleted, but there is a slim chance it might be real, and simply does not get any coverage for being a Mexican production

    I've done some Googling to see if I could find out anything about Alan Ituriel, and I think it's Alan Ituriel Perez, who according to his IMDb page was an assistant producer on Top Cat: The Movie. I found this picture uploaded to DeviantArt in 2014 that's fan art for a web series by Perez called Villainous. Perez also has a DeviantArt here. So I guess right now Villainous is a web series, but I'm not sure if it's being brought to TV.

    Yeah, I saw the original post and am interested. It seems somewhat bill and Mandy ish even though let's be honest nothing will beat bill and mandy

    Well, this is something odd, but interesting. The art style is pretty cool and apparently Markiplier, a big name YouTuber, is voicing one of the characters. Is this just going to be for CN Latin America? Seems weird this Mexican-produced cartoon would have an American YouTuber as part of its cast. If this is legit, I'm gonna check this out.

    If I remember correctly, some specials that were produced by CN's foreign branches did have an English mutation despite never airing outside of their country

    All of these shorts are private now. Lost media now.

    What is going on here? Is there something in Alan's head that tells him "I have to delete/private everything that's been online related to my works."?

    An animator at AI Animation Studios posted this on Tumblr (before deleting their original post). It circulated on my dash via reblog, which is what I'll use to link here.

    It looks like a lot more was revealed about this show than CN was ready to disclose. OP's account is still there (iguananimator) and in their profile description they again confirm they're an animator for the show.
