Chelsea Win Premier League Title

Chelsea won their second Premier League title in three years after hero sub came on the pitch and scored the winning goal in a 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion.

Michy Batshuayi converted Cesar Azpelicueta's cross into the net in the 83rd minute to seal a cagey encounter. West Brom were better on the whole and had two golden chances to take the lead in the second half through Salomon Rondon and Nacer Chadli.

Conte's celebration was his usual frantic self. The Italian couldn't have wish for a better start to life in England as he also has a chance to win the FA Cup. Next year will be a completely different challenge as he will look to put to bed bad memories of Chelsea's title defense last season.

Conte is the fourth Italian manager to win the Premier League after Carlo Ancelotti, Roberto Mancini and Claudio Ranieri. Chelsea won their sixth top-flight title and fifth in the Premier League era. Only Manchester United, with 13, have won more Premier League titles than the Blues.
