(1) Resignation Of Non-Executive Director (2) Cessation Of Alternate Director

The Board of Directors of Sunningdale Tech Ltd (the "Board") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr S. Iswaran as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 June 2006. Mr S. Iswaran will also cease to be a member of the Audit COmmittee. Accordingly, Mr Ong Beng Teck will also cease to be an Alternate Director to Mr S. Iswaran.
The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Iswaran and Mr Ong for their past services and contributions to the Company and the Group and wish them success in their future endeavours.
