ALPACA is an open source point-and-click adventure game engine I developed for Flash. The idea was to allow designers to put together a game using the Flash IDE with only minimal coding.
I am no longer developing or maintaining ALPACA, but you can still download and use the engine, and check out tutorials and answers to common problems on the original help thread. ALPACA is very limited, but it can be useful for simple games or quick prototyping.
Play the games below to see it in action.
The original demo for the engine. A short tour of a mountaintop with a cranky panda and some very easy puzzles.

A beautifully drawn and animated short game concerning an apprentice dreammaker's first day on the job. At least I think that's what's going on - I don't speak a word of German, but I Google Translated enough to get the gist of it. This is the first part of a longer story, so I hope to see more from this designer soon!
